Returns and Warranty Requests
To request a return or warranty review, email support@rcgaragex.com with your order number, the product involved, a description of the issue, and photographs or video where appropriate.
Do not send a return to our registered office or to the address printed on the original shipping package. Approved returns will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number and the correct return instructions by email.
