WARRANTY POLICY

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

This Warranty Policy applies to eligible products purchased directly from rcgaragex.com.

30-Day Limited Warranty for RCGarageX Products

Products manufactured or sold under the RCGarageX house brand are covered by a 30-Day Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, beginning on the date of confirmed delivery to the original purchaser.

After verifying a covered defect, RCGarageX may choose to:

• Repair the product.

• Supply a replacement component.

• Replace the product with the same or a reasonably equivalent item.

• Refund the product purchase price.

The appropriate remedy depends on the nature of the defect, product availability, repair practicality, and applicable law.

This Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from RCGarageX. It is not transferable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Third-Party Brand Products

Products manufactured by third-party brands are covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty, if any. Warranty periods and remedies vary by manufacturer.

We may ask the customer to submit a claim directly to the manufacturer. RCGarageX will provide proof of purchase and reasonable assistance.

If the manufacturer does not respond within five business days, contact support@rcgaragex.com and we will attempt to assist with escalation.

Nothing in this section removes any responsibility RCGarageX may have as the seller under applicable law.

What Is Covered

Covered defects may include manufacturing faults in materials, machining, molding, electronics, assembly, or workmanship that prevent the product from operating substantially as described during normal intended use.

What Is Not Covered

The Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Ordinary wear or consumable components.

• Crash, collision, rollover, impact, or competition damage.

• Incorrect installation, assembly, adjustment, or maintenance.

• Use with an incompatible vehicle, voltage, battery, connector, charger, motor, ESC, servo, radio system, gearing, or firmware.

• Reverse polarity, short circuits, overheating, or excessive loads.

• Water, corrosion, sand, dirt, mud, chemicals, or extreme environmental exposure.

• Soldering, drilling, cutting, grinding, painting, modification, or unauthorized repair.

• Cosmetic differences that do not affect normal operation.

• Loss, theft, accidental damage, or improper storage.

• Removed, altered, or unreadable serial numbers.

• Damage to another component, vehicle, or property.

A product breaking after a crash, extreme use, competition, or performance modification is not by itself evidence of a manufacturing defect.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Email support@rcgaragex.com and include:

• Order number.

• Product name and SKU.

• Description of the problem.

• Date the issue was first observed.

• Vehicle model and setup.

• Battery, motor, ESC, servo, radio, and voltage information where relevant.

• Clear photographs or video showing the issue.

Do not continue using a product that may be unsafe or where continued operation could cause additional damage.

We may request troubleshooting, measurements, diagnostic information, or return of the product for inspection. Do not destroy, discard, or attempt to repair the product before the claim is resolved.

Warranty Shipping

If we require the return of a product for a valid warranty claim, we will provide return instructions and, where appropriate, a prepaid return label.

If inspection determines that the issue is not covered, we will explain the reason and may offer paid repair, replacement parts, return of the original product, or another available solution. No charge will be incurred without the customer’s agreement.

Replacement Products

A replacement product or component is covered for the remainder of the original 30-day warranty period or 30 days after replacement delivery, whichever is longer.

Product Safety

Stop using any product that overheats, smokes, swells, leaks, sparks, produces an unusual smell, or otherwise appears unsafe.

Do not mail a damaged, swollen, or defective battery without specific instructions. Batteries require special transport and disposal procedures.

Legal Rights

This warranty is designated as a “Limited Warranty.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties are limited to the duration of this written warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply to every customer.

This warranty gives customers specific legal rights. Customers may also have other rights that vary by state. Nothing in this policy excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
