RETURN POLICY
Effective Date: July 1, 2026
We accept eligible returns within 30 days after confirmed delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a standard return, the product must be:

Unused and uninstalled.

Unassembled and unmodified.

In resalable condition.
-
Complete with original packaging.
-
Returned with manuals, accessories, hardware, labels, and included components.

Purchased directly from rcgaragex.com.
Proof of purchase is required.
Opening the outer shipping package to inspect a product does not automatically make the product ineligible for return.
A product may become ineligible for a change-of-mind return if it has been installed, operated, assembled, programmed, soldered, painted, cut, drilled, glued, modified, driven, flown, or otherwise used.
How to Request a Return
Email support@rcgaragex.com within 30 days after delivery and include:

Order number.

Product name or SKU.

Reason for the return.

Requested resolution.

Photographs or video where relevant.
If the return is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization number and the correct return address.
Do not send products to our UK registered office, supplier, fulfillment partner, or the address printed on the original parcel without authorization. Return addresses are provided by email after the request is approved.
Approved returns must be handed to the return carrier within 10 calendar days after authorization.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping when the product is being returned because it is no longer wanted, was ordered by mistake, or is otherwise not being returned because of our error or a verified defect.
Original shipping and expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
Orders that received ordinary free standard shipping will not normally have the original shipping cost deducted, provided the return complies with this policy. Actual shipping costs may be deducted in cases involving refused delivery, an incorrect customer-provided address, unauthorized returns, oversized products, or return-policy abuse, where permitted by law.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge a restocking fee for qualifying new, complete, and unused returns.
If we agree to accept an opened, incomplete, or diminished-value product, a deduction of up to 15% may apply for missing components, testing, cleaning, repackaging, or reduced resale value. Any deduction will be explained before the refund is completed.
No restocking deduction applies to a verified defect, shipping damage, incorrect product, or fulfillment error caused by RCGarageX.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products
Contact support@rcgaragex.com promptly if an order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or apparently defective. Reporting the problem within seven days helps us investigate shipping and packing issues.
The seven-day reporting request does not reduce any warranty or statutory right that cannot legally be limited.
If the issue is caused by our error, shipping damage, or a covered defect, we will provide an appropriate replacement, missing component, return label, refund, or other reasonable resolution.
RC Vehicles and Electronics
Unused RC vehicles and electronic products may be returned within 30 days if they remain complete and in their original condition.
Once a vehicle has been powered, driven, flown, assembled, programmed, modified, crashed, or exposed to water or dirt, it is no longer eligible for a change-of-mind return. Manufacturing defects are handled under the Warranty Policy.
Before powering an electronic product, confirm voltage, polarity, connector type, radio protocol, firmware requirements, and compatibility.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:

Gift cards and downloadable products.

Customized, personalized, specially ordered, or cut-to-length products.

Products clearly marked “Final Sale” before purchase.

Opened lubricants, adhesives, paints, chemicals, and consumables.

Standalone batteries or battery packs after shipment, except where defective or where return is required by law.

Products damaged through crashes, misuse, incorrect installation, incompatible voltage, reverse polarity, water exposure, excessive loads, competition use, or unauthorized modification.

Products prohibited from return by safety or carrier regulations.
Discounted products remain returnable unless they were clearly marked “Final Sale” before purchase.
Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain a different product is normally to return the original item and place a new order.
Where practical, we may arrange a direct exchange. Replacements are subject to availability.
Return Shipping
Use protective packaging and a trackable shipping service.
Customers are responsible for return packages until they reach the authorized return location, except where RCGarageX provides the return label and carrier.
Damage caused by insufficient return packaging may reduce or prevent a refund to the extent permitted by law.
Refunds
Returned products are normally inspected within 3–5 business days after arrival.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. The bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
If only part of a bundle or promotional order is returned, bundle pricing, discounts, free gifts, and free-shipping eligibility may be recalculated based on the products retained. Any adjustment will be explained before the refund is completed.
This Return Policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
